A registry that demands evidence has to be clear about the data it keeps. This is what we collect, why, for how long and how you can delete it. Data controllers: Kyronex Technologies Corporation (New York Corporation, 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 49511, New York, NY 10016, United States), which operates the platform, and Kyronex Tecnology Corporation, S.R.L. (RNC 1-33-79913-8, Mercantile Registry 224375SD, Santo Domingo), the controller in the Dominican Republic. One contact point for both: contacto@whitepagemedic.com.
You can search and read any record without signing up. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. We measure visits in aggregate (Vercel Analytics, without identifying people). If you arrive from one of our ads, the link carries a campaign tag (for example, “google/cpc”): we keep it only during your visit, without cookies, and if you ask a doctor to contact you we record it with your request so we know which ads bring patients. We also use Google Analytics 4 to learn which pages are consulted and which search engines visits come from. It is configured for measurement only: advertising and ad-personalization signals are denied, it uses a first-party cookie only to tell visits apart, and we never join it with your name or contact details. It does not load in the Doctor Portal, on confirmation links, or on any page whose address carries a code or personal data; in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it runs without a cookie. If you open a doctor’s WhatsApp from their record, we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, the time you prefer to be contacted and, optionally, your email. We send the practice your name, WhatsApp number and preferred time (in its portal and by email to the doctor or the practice) so it can attend to you; your email is only used to ask for your review after the appointment. Basis: your consent in that form. They are never sold or shared with anyone other than that practice. If you ask to be contacted by a doctor who has not yet claimed their record, we store your name and WhatsApp number with your consent and only hand them to that doctor once they confirm their identity; until then we only tell them that someone wants to reach them. Recovery houses work the same way: if you message a registered house from its record, we store your name and WhatsApp number to tell that house how many patients reach it through the registry; if the house has not registered yet, we hand them over only once it registers. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
We keep the public name you choose, your rating, your text and the single-use code that confirms a real appointment took place. The review is published only after moderation. Basis: consent.
The 307 records are generated from professional data the doctor published in the SODOCIPRE member list and in the Ministry of Public Health license (exequátur) registry (name, city, workplace, practice phone and email, website). Basis: legitimate interest in informing patients about accredited professionals, with the source linked in every record. Those contact details are not published: we use them to tell the professional about their record by email and, when the phone is the practice's, by WhatsApp. Any professional can stop those messages in one click (unsubscribe link in every email) and request correction or removal of their data by writing to contacto@whitepagemedic.com.
We process identity and credential data (national ID, license, CMD card, diplomas), contact details, the signed agreement and the payment data processed by Stripe (we never see the card number). Documents are stored in a private vault accessible only to the committee, through signed links that expire after 15 minutes. Basis: performance of the membership agreement.
We send transactional emails (codes, agreements, admission letters) and, to professionals with a record, up to 3 invitations to claim it, always with an immediate unsubscribe link. Provider: Brevo, with an authenticated domain.
Our query server for AI assistants (whitepagemedic.com/mcp) only reads public registry data: SODOCIPRE members, MSP licenses (exequátur), surgeon records and recovery houses. It does not ask for or store any personal or health data, has no accounts or sign-in, and does not keep what you search for. Your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to rate-limit queries and is not stored. The assistant you use has its own privacy policy.
Documents of rejected applications: deleted 90 days after the decision. Members’ documents: for the duration of the membership and 12 months after, in case of dispute. Data of patients registered through a contact door: 18 months. Published reviews: as long as the record exists, with removal on request of the author. Security audit logs: 12 months.
You may request access, correction, deletion or objection by writing to contacto@whitepagemedic.com from the email you registered with. We reply within 15 days at most. Corrections to record data are noted with their date in the corrections log.
Database and storage on Supabase (USA), website on Vercel (USA), email on Brevo (EU), payments on Stripe (USA; we never see the card number), analytics on Google Analytics 4 (USA; only outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) and, in the chat assistant, DeepSeek (China) and, when DeepSeek does not respond, Google Gemini (USA): what you type in the chat is sent to its model to generate the answer and is not stored in our database, which is why we ask you not to type health or contact details. The ID number entered when claiming a record is checked against the Dominican State's public validation service (api.digital.gob.do). Everything encrypted in transit and at rest; internal access is limited to the committee and is logged.
The professionals’ portal allows signing in with Google. We only receive your email and name to link your account to your record; we do not access your contacts, calendar or emails. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Any change is published here with its date. If it reduces your rights, we notify you by email before it takes effect. See also who operates the registry and what interests it declares, and our terms of use.
What we process and why. When a professional claims their record they may prove their identity with their national ID (cédula), their Dominican Medical College card and a selfie with liveness check (and, optionally, their license). This data, including biometric data, is processed for a single purpose: confirming that the claimant is the professional listed in the public registries and preventing impersonation. Legal basis: express, informed consent, recorded with the date and version of the notice before any capture.
Processors. Files are stored in an encrypted private vault (Supabase). If the professional chooses automatic verification, the document image and the selfie are processed by Stripe Identity to check authenticity and facial match; WhitePageMedic only receives the result and the name read from the document.
Access and publication. Only the admission committee accesses the files, through temporary links. They are never published: the public record shows only the outcome (checked / verified).
Retention. Files are deleted 90 days after the committee’s decision; only the fact that the verification took place, with its date, is kept.
Rights. Access, rectification, cancellation and objection (Law 172-13) by writing to contacto@whitepagemedic.com. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, with immediate deletion of the files. Data controller: Kyronex Technologies Corporation.
