Terms of use and limitation of liability

WhitePageMedic is operated by Kyronex Technologies Corporation (New York Corporation, 169 Madison Avenue, Suite 49511, New York, NY 10016, United States) and, in the Dominican Republic, under the trade name Kyronex Tecnology Corporation, ONAPI registration 950641. A private, independent, informational registry that gathers, cross-checks and displays public professional data of plastic surgeons and recovery houses in the Dominican Republic, taken from official sources: the member list of the Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SODOCIPRE), the license (exequátur) dataset of the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) and the membership of the Dominican Medical College (CMD).

WhitePageMedic is not the MSP, the CMD or SODOCIPRE, and does not act on their behalf. It does not provide medical services, is not a clinic, a medical-tourism agency or a broker, does not recommend any professional or facility and does not guarantee any clinical outcome. There is no doctor-patient relationship between you and WhitePageMedic. The contractual and clinical relationship exists only between the patient and the professional or recovery house they choose.

When a record says “checked” or “verified”, it means that on the date shown we confirmed the data appears in the official source cited (SODOCIPRE membership, license number, CMD membership) or that the professional proved their identity to our committee following the procedure described in How we verify. It is not an assessment of clinical competence, quality of care or the safety of any specific procedure.

The verification seal means the professional or house completed the committee procedure (identity, documents, video call or visit, depending on the level) on the date shown. It can be withdrawn if the official source changes, if the holder requests it or if the committee detects an irregularity. It is not permanent.

Official sources change and may take time to update; our checks are periodic and may contain errors or omissions. Every correction is published with its date in the corrections log. Before hiring or paying a deposit, confirm directly with the official sources and with the professional.

Reviews are third-party opinions; the single-use code confirms that an appointment or stay took place, not the accuracy of the opinion. Price ranges are indicative and are not an offer. Videos labeled “sample” are illustrative; real walkthroughs are labeled as such.

Every decision about whether to have surgery, with whom, where and when is exclusively yours and your doctor’s. Information in the registry does not replace a consultation, a diagnosis or a second opinion. In an emergency, call 911.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kyronex Technologies Corporation, its officers, employees and collaborators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from: (a) the use of or inability to use the registry; (b) the relationship, contract, service or clinical outcome between a user and a listed professional or facility; (c) errors, omissions or outdated data, whether ours or from official sources; (d) third-party content, including reviews; (e) interruptions, technical failures or unauthorized access beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the non-waivable rights granted to consumers by Dominican Law 358-05.

The registry is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Records are generated from professional data the holder made public in official sources, in the legitimate interest of informing the public. Any professional or house may claim their record, correct it or request a review by writing to contacto@whitepagemedic.com; we reply within 5 business days. Activating a record is free. No payment changes the ranking; the method is public.

Whoever publishes a review or any content warrants that it is truthful, their own and based on a real experience, and authorizes us to display, moderate, translate and remove it. We do not publish offensive or defamatory content, third-party health data or content without a valid code. The author is responsible for what they publish.

Claiming someone else’s record, impersonation, fake or paid reviews, automated data extraction (scraping), interfering with the service or breaching its security are prohibited. Such conduct may constitute offenses under Dominican Law 53-07 on High-Technology Crimes and will be reported.

The WhitePageMedic brand, design, texts, verification method, code and databases belong to Kyronex Technologies Corporation. The names, credentials and marks of the professionals and institutions cited belong to their holders and are used only for identification and information. Reproducing the registry, in whole or in part, without written permission is not allowed.

Data processing is governed by Dominican Law 172-13 and by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We link to official and third-party sites so you can check the information. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or availability.

We may modify these terms; the current version and its date are published here. Material changes are announced in the corrections log.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers in their place of residence. If any clause is void, the rest remains valid.
